L’INUMA attache de l’importance au développement des compétences de recherche chez ses étudiants. À travers la rédaction de travaux universitaires et la réalisation du mémoire de fin d’études, les étudiants sont initiés aux méthodes de la recherche et à l’usage rigoureux des sources. Cette formation vise à leur permettre d’acquérir les outils intellectuels nécessaires à l’étude approfondie des disciplines enseignées et à la réflexion sur les réalités sociales contemporaines.

Partenariats et coopération

Dans l’accomplissement de sa mission, l’INUMA encourage la coopération avec des institutions académiques, ecclésiastiques et sociales partageant des objectifs similaires. Ces collaborations peuvent prendre diverses formes, notamment l’organisation d’activités conjointes, l’échange de ressources pédagogiques, la participation à des projets de recherche ou la reconnaissance de formations complémentaires.

Gouvernance académique

La gouvernance de l’INUMA est définie par ses Statuts. Les principales instances de gouvernance sont le Conseil d’administration, le Conseil des études et le Bureau exécutif. Ces instances assurent respectivement la gouvernance stratégique de l’Institut, l’orientation et la qualité des activités académiques, ainsi que l’administration courante de l’institution.
